We had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn't quite meet our expectations. The food was good, but the waitress who served us needs more training to provide better customer service and be more attentive. She forgot to bring the tortillas, and even after I reminded her about them after 10 minutes, she simply acknowledged my request but never returned with them. After another 10 minutes, we ended up asking for the bill. We genuinely hope she can improve her customer service skills. Overall, while it’s an average restaurant, we’re optimistic that our next visit will be a better experience.

After another 10 minutes, she came back to ask for the bill, and at that point, we decided to leave. It's clear she needs to improve her attentiveness. Overall, I would say the restaurant is just "okay." We're hopeful that our next visit will be a better experience.
There's a heat wave happening in Tukwila, WA, and we were looking for a dog-friendly patio, which Moctezuma’s at Southcenter Mall graciously provided. The drinks were delicious, and the service was outstanding. Normally, I don’t eat beans and rice, but the flavors and spices were too tempting to resist—I ended up finishing the whole dish! I highly recommend this place!
During the heat wave in Tukwila, WA, we were looking for a dog-friendly outdoor space, and we found Moctezuma's located in Southcenter Mall. The drinks were fantastic and the service was outstanding. My first time eating at Montezuma's in Southcenter. And it was a great experience all around. We quickly got a table and staff was very friendly. We had ordered guacamole as a starter and it was at our table before our server was finished taking ourorder!!!! I had beef flautas, delicious!! Definitely be back.... Unless they open one up North!!!
Very good Mexican food! It's a cozy environment with really fun decor, including indoor fire pits. The food is spot on for classic Mexican food fare. The flaming queso is amazing! Must try! Service is always attentive and knowledgeable. Being at the mall it's a nice place to relax and get away from the crowds. A margherita or two always helps!
