Disappointing experience! My daughter and I visited the restaurant today about 20 minutes after it opened, only to find the door locked. When the manager arrived, he apologized, explaining he had to grab something. He let us in and quickly dashed to the serving area without washing his hands. I asked him if he was going to wash his hands, and he did. However, a different young woman then came out, put on gloves, but did not wash her hands first. To make matters worse, she adjusted her shirt and bra while wearing the gloved hand, which was quite off-putting.
I ordered dinner from this restaurant tonight through their online menu, and it was a disappointing experience. The pizza tasted terrible and seemed old. The salad had toppings that we didn't request. To make matters worse, the staff had bad attitudes when we went to pick up the order. I would advise eating here at your own risk. The place was also unclean; I noticed that staff were walking on food and ingredients in the back where they were preparing meals. Overall, it was a waste of $40.
This was my first time trying MOD pizza and it was ok. It didn't meet my expectations but it wasn't bad. There are plenty of toppings but no descriptions or names for the toppings. There were at least 4 or 5 meats and I had no idea what was pork, beef, or chicken. Most places I go to like this have a name for each meat and veggie. The area where you select the toppings was not clean like I expected and food was all over the counter. Overall, it was ok but not anything I would recommend.
The pizza was really good, the customer service was not great. They acted annoyed when I asked for a side of BBQ as if I interrupted anything other than them standing at the prep table on their phones.

They don't have many topping to choose from. Need to add more generally liked toppings. ETC:green peppers, onions, mushrooms just to name a few.Basically good and priced right.
Got the cauliflower crust, and was not disappointed. Pizza cooked, and out to me in a couple minutes after I got my soda. Great customer service.
Great pizza but it's like there's no supervision its kids playing hitting one another so on. The dinning room is not as clean as it should.
Had salad…it was good. Friend had salad and pizza and no complaints from them. I've had their pizza before and it was OK…
