We visited this location at around 5:30 PM. The restaurant was slow when we arrived, and we waited in line for about 3 minutes. We enjoyed that we got to pick a variety of different toppings for out pizzas and the preparation was meticulous. We ordered 3 pizzas, and they all turned out so well that we wanted to get a pie to-go. We waited roughly 15 minutes in line for the order. The preparation seemed extremely rushed and shortcuts were taking place due to the long line. The sauce, toppings, and cheese were less than what we got on our 1st order of pizzas. Went to pick a pizza and when I got there I was ignored for 10 minutes until I was asked if I was picking up only to be told after the pizza was still in the oven. While I was there customers were walking in, had there orders completed quickly and left. Apparently my pizza wasn't a high priority to them. It's disappointing my first mod Pizza experience (and last) was negative. Ive heard great things about mod but I get better service at little caesers. If that doesn't say something about them I don't know what does. Why I was treated this way, I don't know. Love the pizza here, but out of principle I can’t give 5 stars. The staff here are careless with topping ingredients. I ordered their classic BBQ pizza (which has no mushrooms), and went to pay. While I was eating my pizza I found a mushroom baked in the cheese. Normally no big deal, pick it off, and continue eating, however I am allergic to mushrooms. Had I not noticed before taking my bite, I could have spent the rest of the night in the emergency room. Shouldn’t be my job to check that my pizza has the right toppings or not. If I order a BBQ pizza, I expect it to be one without mushrooms. The staff needs to be more careful before they hospitalize someone.
Update 2022the staff is always friendly and I noticed a saying on the paper for the pizzas and it says we're not at a pizza place, we are a people place and I love that so I really love that you can get tons of ingredients on your pizza and it's really cool that the staff is super chill and super friendly. you always get good vibes with a awesome atmosphere. I definitely have to mention the lemonade because it tastes amazing, so I don't know if there's such a person that doesn't like pizza but if there is, just stop by and try the lemonade
The staff is very friendly, and the ingredients are always plentiful and fresh. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food they serve. My children love it here, and they offer milk-free cheese, which is essential for my child with allergies! The service is quick, and while there’s no tipping at the table, there's an option to leave a little something in the tip jar at the register.
A wonderful place to grab a quick pizza(or a salad). There a a lot of options so there is always something new to try. Service is super friendly with greetings right when you walk through the door and bright smiles al around. The gm was amazing asked me how my food was and cleared the table when I was done. Will definently be going again soon.
The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was fantastic, and most importantly, the pizza was delicious. Mod Pizza is like the Subway of pizzas; you can walk in and create a gourmet pizza, or, if you're not careful, end up with a disaster. If the pizza turns out poorly, it's your own fault. This place definitely earns my highest recommendation!
I love the variety of sauces and toppings mod offers. my children are young, so that they make to have what they want and even experiment with something new, makes it worth even better. the service is consistently friendly and patient, which is important as the number of choices and combinations can sometimes be overwhelming.
Fantastic! You can either create your own pizza or choose from their menu. There are plenty of great options to pick from. We'll definitely be coming back!
