Aufgrund von Wasserschäden in unserem Büro suchten wir schnell nach neuer Büromöbel bei Höffner. Die Beratung von Frau Schulz-Bomheuer war ausgezeichnet – kompetent, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Uns wurden drei verschiedene Möbelsets präsentiert und wir erhielten die Zusicherung einer schnellen Lieferung, da es sich um einen Notfall handelte. Wir wählten das Set aus, das als am schnellsten lieferbar angegeben wurde. Zwei Wochen nach Vertragsunterzeichnung erkundigten wir uns per E-Mail nach dem Lieferdatum (unter Angabe der Bestellnummer und unserer offiziellen Firmenadresse). Uns wurde der 5. Juni 2025 genannt. An diesem Tag versuchten wir vergeblich, telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen....
I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience with your company, which was disappointing by any measure. After more than four months of waiting, the employee arrived to install the cabinet at an unconventional time (2 p.m. instead of the stated timeframe of 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. . Upon arrival, he treated me inappropriately, refused to give me five minutes to clear some obstacles, and left without completing the work, which further increased my frustration after this long wait. At the end of November 2024, I ordered a bed and two nightstands. The expected delivery date was the end of February. After hearing nothing by the end of March, I called and was told that everything was there except the slatted frame. I waited another four weeks, inquired, and received the same answer. Then I received an interim response offering me a partial delivery!!!, i.e., a bed without a slatted frame!!! I then asked what they were thinking and was asked to be more polite. On May 19, 2025, my order was finally delivered and assembled, and due to the good quality of the furniture and the competent assembly team, I'm giving it 4 stars.
They are bad and don't care about their customers. I ordered a wardrobe and a sofa after waiting for more than two months and nothing arrived. They told me to wait another two months. After the second wait, they sent the goods to me with an indifferent driver who was two hours late and unapologetic. He told me to go and complain and left without finishing the job.
