Brittany was very pleasant and did her best to manage everything, but unfortunately, the other employees were not supportive and seemed annoyed that she wasn't rushing to close. They took away all the sauces, and one employee who was working the grill left both of our quesadillas sitting on the counter without attending to them promptly. Brittany was responsible for the meat, veggies, grilling, and checkout, all while we were the only customers in the place.
As we were eating, other customers came in, yet none of the employees helped. They continued to hold back on preparing needed food items because they were "not working past 10:20." The restaurant really needs to declutter and hire more...
Always a great experience at Moe 's! I enjoyed every bit of that Burrito! I loaded it with all the ingredients I like, and it was delicious! When I checked out, the lady taking care of me was like, This is the biggest burrito I have ever seen made here! I was really?? ?? I mean, I 'm a big guy ?
I place an online order at 9 am to be delivered at 5 to a sick friend. She ended up in the hospital so I called to cancel the order. Tried for an hour and got no answer. Could not leave a message because voicemail was full. Poor customer service!
The employee was nice. We got 2 entrees. The ground beef on one had two very long hairs in it. The whole place is very run down. It really needs deep cleaning. We hadn't visited a moes in several years and probably won't again.

Even with a small team handling the high demand during dinner time, the staff remained cheerful and dedicated to serving the long line of customers and online orders. Kudos to Brittany and her team for a job well done!
This is my first visit to this Moe's in months, and everything went smoothly. I'm not sure what has changed, but they should definitely maintain the level of service they provided tonight.
Cold, hard chips make for a disappointment. The food was good, but hot, crunchy chips would have made it better.
Just didn't seem as flavorful as before, but it was not horrible. The service was great!!!
