I am extremely disappointed in my experience at Moes tonight. I placed a web order for a Nacho platter I was not expecting a fine dining experience by any means knowing Moes is very casual. But I did expect my per usual WELCOM TO MOES! Oh no. Not Brentwood with 4 employees standing at on the line talking amongst themselves and laughing. This may come off as petty but if a guest walks in I do expect to be acknowledged. The food selection is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. So why only two stars? The issue lies with the frustrating voicemail greeting that every Moe's restaurant shares. They seldom answer their phones, and the voicemail features a man who sounds resentful and unhappy with his job, which certainly doesn’t create a warm atmosphere (you can call and hear it for yourself). Additionally, the only tortilla option available is flour; there are no healthier choices like whole wheat, spinach, or tomato basil, and they don’t offer cauliflower rice like Chipotle does. The staff, food, atmosphere, and location are all fantastic! I had the great pleasure of meeting Devin, who is an outstanding team member! His customer service is exceptional—he's friendly, has a positive attitude, and is very accommodating. He ensured that my order, as well as those of other customers, was accurate and fresh. I have relied on Moe's catering for several events, and they consistently deliver exceptional service! They always arrive on time with everything needed, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Moe's never disappoints, especially when catering for large groups of teenagers. I will absolutely be using their services again in the future.

This place is consistently just average for me. The food is decent but nothing special. It's incredibly crowded at lunch, which makes it tough to get good customer service. It takes a while to catch someone's attention. On the bright side, they do have a freestyle soda machine, which is a nice addition.
Update 2/5/22: I've updated my review to include the owner’s response to my initial feedback. They sincerely apologized for my experience and provided me with a credit for my meal. I truly appreciate when businesses genuinely consider customer feedback, as it can significantly impact customer loyalty.
I was visiting Nashville from Atlanta and needed a caterer for our gathering. I was extremely pleased with the customer service that I received via phone, email and in person, plus, the food was good! I highly recommend this location.
Went here before they closed and should have walked out when I asked how the food was. The girls said well we haven't killed anyone yet. And there hasn't been anyone who's ran to the bathroom. Wasted my money here.

Horrible experience! Rude, disinterested and inexperienced employees. Took so long to make a burrito bowl it was cold before getting to the cashier. Forgot the chips! Overall huge disappointment.
Ordered food via Uber eats and the portion sizes were not up to par. They skimped us on food and the quality. Highly disappointed ? that my southwest bowl was half the portion it usually is.
