Wednesday was my last time coming to this location. I have been coming every Wednesday night for dinner for the last 3 years, only exception was during covid. As a vegan, it’s very hard to find food options in a fast food restaurant. I have always had options at your restaurant. Vegans rely on mushrooms to give dishes that meaty bite and heartiness that’s missing from their diet. Many times, the peppers are onions are barely cooked (too many times to mention), on Wednesday the peppers were almost raw. To discontinue the mushrooms, is a mistake. That being said, I won’t be back. I’ve put up with the bottom of the trays being sticky. They are, very sticky. The bathroom is dirty, I don’t use it...
I recently visited Moe's Southwest Grill and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and welcoming service. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and had a great atmosphere. But the real star of the show was the food. I ordered a burrito bowl with steak, and it was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the rice, beans, and veggies were all fresh and flavorful. The selection of salsas and toppings was impressive, and I loved being able to customize my order exactly to my liking. WOW! WOW! WOW! Let me start off by saying that I have been to many different Moe’s locations and this by far HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD! The staff and management team are extremely attentive, polite, and embody what it means to deliver an extraordinary experience. If you happen to be in the area and hungry be sure to grab a bite and be greeted by the famous catchphrase… “Welcome to Moe’s!!!”.
By far the best Moe's I've been to. The customer service was amazing. The staff were all very kind and easy going. The most important thing with a restaurant is the food and if you like Mexican food this place will not let you down. Delicious and fresh food!! Overall great experience would definitely recommend.
