Ciao Italian restaurant with terrible and slow service. It's impossible to only have the antipasti if you only want vegetables. You have to order a plate of dough... thank you for the forced sale not worthy of movenpick. The waitress, although smiling, does not understand anything and is incapable of providing information about the children's menus (they are on the coloring table set and also the à la carte dishes in children's portions. And what's more, the service is slow and you wait almost 20 minutes for your dish. So triple disappointment.

Service staff not trained. Hardly speaks German. We ordered a bottle of wine and she gave it as a gift without asking us if anyone wanted to try it first. Then we ordered Brunello Grappa, after 10 minutes she came and said she couldn't find it even though she had just recommended it to us. After we paid the bill she comes back and says that she found the grappa. It's not the waitress's fault, it's the boss who hired her.

The breakfast was excellent as always! The service was very friendly. We always enjoy coming here. Even when I perform here and am just a “non-paying guest”, I always receive excellent service!
