I've gone to this Mo-Joe's a couple times. Funny thing is that it sits in front of Walmart on SR85 in Riverdale, GA, I saw the sign in passing butI never knew they were opened. We ordered a 6 PC and 2-10 PC wings and fries, and a side of fried okra. Plain and honey hot. The wings were tiny and overcooked. Overcooked to the point where the skin was hard and tough with the meat inside damn near gone. The sauce was on point. The fries were ok, and the strawberry lemonade was all sugar. The plain wings had no seasoning, like they rely on the sauce to season the meat. The fried okra had no seasoning. I do not believe they add seasoning to their frying batter, which they should! Some of my earliest childhood memories are at Mojo’s. After moving away for a very long time, and coming back for a while, it was amazing to step inside and feel like time had stopped. Everything still tastes the same and looks the same on the inside. We always get the fried mushrooms and fried green tomatoes, and they never disappoint. This place is truly a hidden gem!
Customer service great but the wings are disgusting and disappointing. I use to go here as a child and don't remember it tasting like that.
