Moka - Tisch resevieren

I just wish I could give these guys a better review. Firstly, the Moka employees and owner are super friendly, nice and accomodating. They really are all about customer service. If you visit here regularly it's kind of like Cheers. They get to know you by name, your drink of coice.... The building looks like it's only a drive-through establishment, but there is a walk-in area where you can order and sit down and stay awhile since there are a few tables and chairs. OK so here's where my review takes a turn. I only drink decaf (unfortunately), and every decaf drink I've had there I did not like. I thought the brewed decaf coffee was terrible, the cappuccino had a bitter aftertaste and so did t...

Ich wünschte nur, ich könnte diesen Jungs eine bessere Kritik geben. Erstens sind die Moka-Mitarbeiter und der Besitzer super freundlich, nett und zur Unterkunft. Sie sind wirklich alles über den Kundenservice. Wenn Sie hier regelmäßig besuchen, ist es irgendwie wie Jubel. Sie lernen Sie mit Namen, Ihrem Getränk von Mohen ... Nur wenige Tische und Stühle. Ok, also hier ist meine Überprüfung eine Kurve. Ich trinke nur Decaf (leider), und jedes Decaf-Drink, das ich dort hatte, habe ich nicht gefallen. Went to the drive thru this morning, there was a very long line into the street. Scott the GM came out to the car to take our order. He ended up bringing the drinks to us and not charging us for them because we had to wait so long. It was such a pleasant surprise. We were on our way to clean my sister’s apartment because she recently died. So it was an emotional day and this was a really nice gesture that started the day out on a positive and gracious note. Look no further for a quick and friendly coffee run! It can get quite busy, but they are efficient. Pretty much any beverage can be made vegan, but unfortunately there really are no food items I can eat here. Service is always impeccable. If the line gets a backed up, you can expect someone will come out and take your order with a smile!

They have great drinks and service, but I wish they'd do something to expedite the drive thru. There always seems to be a long line, sometimes even into the street. I understand there are rush times depending on the time of day, (I've worked in a coffee shop before) but it could still be a little faster.

Stopped by on our way out of Madison.. very impressed by the quality of service! They were extra careful to inform us of dairy in our drinks (my partner has a dairy allergy) and helped us work around it to create the drinks we wanted, which turned out to be quite tasty! Thank you, Moka!
