"If you visit Molto for pasta, you won't be disappointed—it's outstanding! However, I would advise against the steaks, as ours was overcooked. On a positive note, the staff is attentive and incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is nice for a small BYOB."

For our appetizer, we were enticed by the Manzo Al Pepe Nero, and it did not disappoint—it was divine and beautifully presented! The pesto was packed with flavor, and the combination of meat, bruschetta, and lemon was simply fantastic. While appetizers can sometimes overshadow the main course, what followed was equally impressive. For our entrees, we chose the lamb and the penne shrimp vodka. My taste buds were incredibly satisfied! The lamb was perfectly seasoned, featuring a crispy exterior that added extra flavor. Although it was initially served cold, the staff promptly warmed it up without overcooking it. The mashed potatoes were a delightful bright purple color, light, and fluffy. An...

We began with three appetizers: Panko Breaded Burrata over Caponata, Polenta Parmigiano, and Grilled Octopus. All of them were absolutely incredible! Each appetizer was perfect! For the entree, I had the Tortelloni with Butternut Squash sauce, crumbled sausage, and toasted Sicilian bread crumbs. It was, without a doubt, the best pasta I've ever eaten in my life—bravissimo to Chef Mario! It was simply to die for! And then there was the pizza—wow! The PISTACCHIOSA was amazing, full of flavor, and cooked exactly the way I love it! Hats off to Chef Agostino! As a chef myself, I can confidently say that this place is top-notch. The service was phenomenal, and Agostino provided outstanding hospi...

Molto offers a fantastic and trendy atmosphere. The food is quite good, and as others have noted, the Nutella Gelato is truly outstanding. However, one important aspect to consider is the high prices. For example, a glass of Pepsi from a can costs $4.00 with no free refills, and a small personal Margherita pizza is $18.00. With plenty of other Italian dining options nearby, they might want to rethink their pricing strategy, as they haven't yet established themselves as the go-to bistro that can justify such costs. That said, I have no complaints about the dining experience, and you'll leave feeling like you’ve just enjoyed a wonderful meal.

Molto has a great, trendy atmosphere. Food was very good and as others have mentioned, the Nutella Gelato was the best. The main thing to consider is that it is very pricey (i.e $4.00 for a glass of Pepsi from a can with no free refills, $18.00 for asmall, personal Margherita pizza, etc). I think with so many other Italian options nearby, they should consider the pricingstructure as they haven’t yet earned the status and reputation to be THE destination bistro to go to that can justify thecost. That aside, no complaints with the dining experience and you’ll leave feeling you had just enjoyed a great meal. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Everything was fantastic! The atmosphere was clean, and the wait staff worked seamlessly together, bussing tables and delivering food. I ordered crab legs to go, and they were delicious! The fresh bread was served hot, and they even made a special dish for me upon request. Mario’s gnocchi is the fluffiest I’ve ever had. The caviar was exquisite, and the oysters as an appetizer were excellent. Everything tasted fresh. The gelato was creamy and delightful. I will definitely be returning! Thank you for the dessert, Vinnie!

Charming little restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The waitress provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. However, upon our arrival at the time of our reservation, the restaurant wasn't prepared to seat us, and we had to wait about 10 minutes before being taken to our table. This has to be one of the priciest BYOB restaurants I've been to, as our bill came to just under $200 for two people, which included one appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert, without any alcoholic beverages.

My wife and I had dinner at Molto tonight, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. The food was incredibly flavorful. Despite being quite busy, the owner and his son took the time to chat with us, which was a nice touch. We also discovered that they serve Creekstone meat, which is top quality. We’re looking forward to visiting again soon!

Molto Italian in Marlboro is one of the rare spots in the area offering Neapolitan pizza. While the crust is decent, the overall taste of the pizza is just average. The sauce could be more flavorful, as it currently falls short. I've had better experiences at places like Theresa's in Princeton or Porta in Asbury Park. I believe Molto has the potential to improve. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

One of the very few place in Neighborhood who make Neapolitan Pizza. Their Pizza base is good over all pizza is Not bad. Their sauce is not very tasty they could improve their sauce and flavors .. I am comparing this to some of the best I have had likeTheresa’s (Princeton) or Porta’s (Asbury Park) Moltos can do better ..
