I used to love this pizza, but delivery quality had gone significantly down. I'd never order for delivery agian and they should probably stop all delivery orders. Two small pizzas are $67 (including a 20% 9.77 tip), pizza is raw, soggy and undercooked. Literally raw ingredients falling off wet undercooked soggy dough. If a business doesn't have time to cook food, they absolutely shouldn't offer that as a service. Unfortunately this is just common for restaurants now days all scross Sonoma County. Either go in so you can see if your food is cooked or cook at home and don't bother. Advise against ordering pizza at all costs.
The pizza was disappointing. The toppings were piled in the middle with hardly any sauce near the crust. I ordered extra garlic, but couldn't even taste it. The crust was dry, although I prefer a crispy crust with more flavor and moisture. I wish there was more olive oil as well. However, the person who took my order over the phone provided excellent customer service - patient and polite. The workers were seen eating behind the counter, which seemed unprofessional. Overall, I spent $50 on a pizza that tasted like it came from a Domino's or a chain restaurant. I was expecting better quality and was very underwhelmed.
We had high expectations for Mombos based on reviews, but were disappointed. The cashier initially said they could accommodate our large order, but then couldn't. We waited over an hour for our food, which included 2 jumbo meals and 1 small. Towards the end of our meal, we had to ask about the remaining part of our order, which was French fries and wings. The experience was overall horrible. We were given plastic utensils because they claimed to have run out of silverware, which seemed odd since we were the only customers in the restaurant.
I am disappointed to see the decline in quality at this restaurant. I have been a loyal customer for years, but the standards seem to have dropped significantly. Some of the staff members have a bad attitude when asked to fix errors (which shouldn't be happening in the first place, especially with pizza). I hope that the situation improves at Mombo's in Santa Rosa, but I am beginning to have my doubts. It's a shame.
Our go to pizza place. Great pizza. A few of they guys are super friendly and go out of thier way to be kind, which is so refreshing these days. Solid lunch special. I've never gotten a bad slice here. Rewards program is nice and you earn discounts pretty quickly.
I can't say enough, How freaking GREAT this place really is!! The staff, super friendly and funny! There are SO MANY TVs all around, has beer... and the PIZZA.... HOLY FK IT'S AMAZING!!! SO GREAT!! Thank you guys!!!
The wings I ordered were delicious. However, I ordered loaded fries and they were missing the scallions and bacon that show on the menu. I didnt realize until I made it all the way home ?
I just ordered a large slice of the Ricotta cheese and mushroom pizza at Mombo's and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much, Mombo's, for the amazing meal!
Great place, cheap pizza slice, stays open late when other pizza places werent. Fun music, staff and vibes. No complaints
