I have visited Moments Cafe on several different occasions and all have been highly positive experiences. The members of staff who work here are one of the loveliest groups of people you could meet, and the overall atmosphere of the cafe is very warm and welcoming. As well as the staff and atmosphere, the food and drinks are definitely worth every penny (not to mention that all profits made go towards a great cause). I highly recommend this cafe to anyone who's looking to go out for lunch with friends or family. I know I will most certainly be coming back in the near future.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, which also supports a great cause. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I had the opportunity to use their training room upstairs, which was well-lit and equipped with everything we needed for a productive learning session. They provided us with fresh coffee, hot water, and biscuits, which was a nice gesture. The facilities were clean and we were able to enjoy a delicious and affordable lunch downstairs. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return when I am back in Plymouth.
Visited Moments Cafe this morning with my elderly mother. At the counter I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile $1million) from Emma manager) who took my order and informed me that our food would be brought to our table.. Is a beautiful cafe, very well thought of with the decor. Very friendly service. The get together with the group was a relief as I was at a dead end with where to get any help as a carer of a relative with Dementia. They were Fantastic and so helpful with Advice, Information and Emotional Support . They are life savers. Will recommend anyone to have coffee and more there

I have been a regular at this restaurant for many years because I enjoy the ambiance and attentive service. However, I was disappointed during my recent visit as the soup I ordered was served cold, thick, and not appetizing. Additionally, it was supposed to come with a roll but instead came with a slice of bread. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.
The cafe is a great place to stop by for people of any age in a comfortable and slightly themed setting. It is a place where you won’t feel rushed and the menu has something for everyone. We had a vegan breakfast and a tuna toasted sandwich which were both well cooked. However the favourite was the carrot cake. Service good and staff helpful.
Positives: friendly staff, good location, nice hot drinks, vegan brownies were nice, comparable prices, interesting décor, highchairs with an attached tray. Negatives: not much choice for cakes, strap on baby changing table broken, floor in main area could be cleaner.
