Perhaps I came on a bad day considering all the other great reviews. So I order a cappuccino and almond croissant, I asked if it can be toasted and the gentleman kindly said yes, so I had a seat and waited for my order. the gentleman brought me my coffee which was actually pretty decent. So as I am waiting for my croissant, I noticed that it’s taking a little longer than it should considering I just wanted it warm up. So I got up and I asked the Hispanic lady who I guess handles the coffee if the almond croissant was ready. Mon Amour was definitely a HIT!!! Specially when you’re starving and wishing for a cup of EXCELLENT, delicious, fresh coffee. We were lucky enough to arrive just in time to take the last empty table. We came right after Sunday Service at my church and apparently a lot of people came here for the same reason as us… the place was packed, the ambiance was GREAT, you could hear everyone talking and still enjoying the music… the vibe here felt soooo great!! Their service was TOP NOTCH, even with just 1 waitress for the whole place and while it was PACKED, she made sure she covered every table and made several rounds to see how everyone was doing. I am a person who has been in this industry for many years and I have always supported this business despite its poor customer service; I always tried to ignore it but this time it went too far, I wanted to place an order through Uber Eat and I realize that they do not have the option of what I want, I call the establishment and they tell me that I must order another option and give it the note which I did to the letter) and then a young man from the establishment called me telling me that the egg was not charged, that is, $1.00 was missing and he told me that I should order something else to be able to add it and when I explained that asking for something else would make the bill more than... I have been going to Mon Amour for a few years now. I love the small community atmosphere and really enjoy the food and coffee. My favorites are the Mon Amour cuban, the latte, and the chai with oatmilk and cinnamon. The pastries are also delicious and all of the staff are truly friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the cleanliness and just how cute the space is. Service: Take out
Really cute and dainty cafe. The food was super good and the service was phenomenal. One thing I really liked about this cafe was the range that they have when it comes to food. It gives breakfast, brunch, and dinner all in one. Love it here !
