We visit this bakery every week without fail and absolutely love it. We have tried several similar bakeries across Sydney, and Monamich definitely sets the bar high. They prepare your order on the spot, so everything is made fresh to order. The oregano Saj dough is thin and light, with a perfect slather of high-quality oregano and olive oil that creates perfection. As someone who uses oregano as a base in many of my dishes, I can tell when quality oregano is used, and it makes a significant difference in flavor. Monamich, please don't ever change your recipe - you guys nail it!
