Our experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. We were appalled to discover roaches crawling on the walls near our table and even on our table when we returned from the restroom. Despite bringing this to our waiter's attention, the response was markedly unimpressive, and the issue was not addressed appropriately. The manager appeared indifferent and did not offer any form of compensation. It was unsettling to learn that the establishment had just been treated for pests that morning yet still had such a problem. After a long day at River Legacy, we decided to stop by this restaurant. We ordered a Stromboli, meatball sub, kids spaghetti, and mozzarella, and all of the dishes were absolutely delicious! We were pleased to discover that many of the ingredients used are made in-house and not bought from a big supplier. For instance, their jalapeños, which are incredibly spicy, are sourced from a local farmer in Fort Worth. The restaurant pickles them onsite. We will definitely be returning in the future!
I absolutely love the warm and inviting family atmosphere at Moni's! I've been coming here since I was 10 years old, though I haven't been able to visit as much in recent years. I've really missed this place, and I plan to return more often in the future.
The food was unexpectedly excellent! Coming from New York, I didn't expect Texas—known for its steaks and BBQ—to offer such outstanding Italian cuisine. Kudos to them! The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
