I can't stop raving about the food either. Monopole excels in simplicity and focuses on achieving the best possible flavors using just a few ingredients. The potatoes were outstanding, with their crispy exterior and creamy, delectable interior, infused with subtle flavors that enveloped each bite. And the popcorn! I never imagined I’d write a glowing review about popcorn and potatoes paired with natural wines, but any place that brings joy through such simple pleasures deserves recognition, and Monopole embodies that spirit. My first visit here, was not for dining in but ordered and took back to the office. i took the Gravlax sandwich with potatoes and the iced tea. was great food service was a bit slow but only because we got there before noon and there was just one waitresses. the iced tea was just right and the potatoes are served with a nice spicy mayo.
The food is incredible, especially considering the limited menu. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared. The staff is lovely, and we enjoyed a beautiful bottle of wine while savoring everything!

Excellent service. Wine by the glass were great especially the Beaujolais. All the food we ordered was great too.
Great selection of wines and some really good Champagnes. Strange flavour on the popcorn, but hey, they're free.
