Used to love the food, actually still do. The biggest problem is with their service. I ordered a specific item on the menu and received a lesser expensive version. Told them about it and asked them to make up the difference with a refund and they flat out said NO . No offer of a gift card, or a credit on a future order, nothing. So much for customer service. They also had my food ready at 7:10 for a 7:40 pickup. Don 't offer advance ordering if you 're going to let the food sit in the bag for 30 minutes before I come to get it.
Oh my the food was delicious! I had the lamb combo platter and tried a sample the babaganoush and it was so good that I bought a large container to go. The service was excellent! Very casual atmosphere with Egyptian inspired decor. There are food products for sale in the main space and then another room with more tables.Parking: In a strip mall area with large shared parking lot.
This place is great, and incredible service. Saee was just so awesome. He threw in free stuffed grape leaves, Baklava, and mango drink. Definitely check this place out, really cool vibes and a little store inside. A little gem in the area. Food is also amazing, I got the spicy rice and falafel.
very friendly service and nice eating. rob leaves and hummus were both great. hummus is easy in taste, but still tasty. reis was also delicious. meat was tasty, but everything was a little dry. we waited a bit after we came home before we ate it so that it was dry. but will definitely be back.

the food was fresh and fabulous! I love the fat salad. real and tasty. the seating area was so beautiful and decorated with Egyptian flair! the owner was friendly and super helpful when they choose our order. we're coming back!
I wasn't in a place because I was on my way! at last it came back today and it made me so happy! I love the new decor and the food tasted better than ever if that is possible! I'll never go so long without monroe falafel!
We are frequent customers at Monroe Falafel. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. Our go-to order includes the falafel wrap, fattoush salad, tabbouleh, spicy rice, and a large container of fresh hummus.
Nice and clean place with lots of beautiful Egyptian decor. Serves halal food and the staff is really friendly.
