Monsoon Fine Indian Cuisine

The food is excellent. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I stood at the door waiting to be acknowledged for 10 minutes. It took nearly as long for someone to come take my order. I watched my order go to the wrong table, back to the kitchen, then to me. When I was finished, I asked for the check. The response was a question, Would you like this wrapped? I did, so she wrapped it. But never brought the check. Another 10 minutes pass as I wait to draw anyone 's attention. Again, the food was delicious. I had the Monsoon Mixed Platter. Service? Not a good night for them.

Monsoon is the premier place to have Indian food in South Jersey. Their customer service is excellent but the food is phenomenal. For an app, their Garlic Naan Bread tastes delicious as well as many other selections. Also their Lamb Roganjosh is a must to try. Make sure you tell them what level of spicy you like just in case they forget to ask you! Overall a true 5/5 and I would consider this one if Jersey's hidden gems.

I was looking for an Indian restaurant and discovered Monsoon. I was starving when I arrived. Sad to say they were open only for take out (but I sat at an outside table). The food was fresh and delicious. The condiments tasted very fresh (very, as if they made it, not out of a jar). The gentleman who helped me was friendly, well spoken and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys (northern) Indian food!

The food was delicious and plentiful. Even though they are only doing take out right now the staff were very nice. I highly recommend if you have a taste for Indian.

What did y’all do to the fish? Y’all was good a year ago, must have new management. The butter chicken, salmon and goat taste old. Food was trash.
