After having Monster Bar on my list for a long time, I was really disappointed. Firstly it wasn’t made clear at all that the booking I made wasn’t actually not in the restaurant but in the lobby come bar area. I wasn’t able to get a booking until 3.15pm which for lunch seems excessively late? There was only one solitary young lady doing all the serving and a lot of male staff walking around looking too important to attend to us.
