Our experience was disappointing. Our food arrived cold, and we had to ask a waitress if we could even place our order. The staff didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic about their work. Additionally, people who arrived after us were able to order and were served 45 minutes before we even got to ask about our food. After waiting 45 minutes just to order, we ended up waiting another long while before we were finally able to eat. Overall, it felt like our needs were overlooked.
I ordered a prime rib, baked potato, and a side salad. The meat was decent, the potato was good, but the salad was terrible! It was topped with unpleasant baby shrimp, and the server didn’t offer to fix it. As a chef, I’ve never encountered a restaurant that adds seafood to a side salad without even asking the customer. Overall, my meal wasn’t worth a fraction of what I paid, and I won’t be coming back.
The food, atmosphere, and cocktails are simply incredible! I’ve never written a restaurant review before, but I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Amber is outstanding! She is truly a top-notch professional, and any establishment would be incredibly fortunate to have her on their team!
