small family dinner in this place with a simple and nice setting which attracts compared to other terraces. no simple slate card indicating the 5 dishes. but this is what is good because at least they are dishes of quality, fresh and made with love of the kitchen. which put unpleasant comments don't listen to them, come try you won't be disappointed. French cuisine is that and not extension cards made of dish in pocket. we will return without hesitation because in addition to a good kitchen the reception and the service are perfect.
The aioli shrimps for starters was unfortunately the zenith of the night. The "burger maison" was uninspired and boring. The potato on the side no near crisp. The goat cheese salad with veggies made no one happy. Service was friendly and diligent....maybe those guys should have been in the kitchen.
In my senses, the best small restaurant in the place Montfort! the divinely well a seasonal food with fresh products, a good selection of wines, the lady is very pleasant and the ratio unbeatable quality!
I tested the strawberry mojito. strawberry does not cover the taste of the mojito that is preserved. I valid. friendly setting. on the other hand, it would be good not to impose a minimum for the cb.

As all the others...well situated on the main place. Catching tourists attention...with budget menu prices. No originality,no quality...just well exposed. Better not go unless for a drink or coffee
good address on excellent house hamburger hamburger, knife cut tartar. Huge desserts!The service simply efficient, fast and of a rare kindness. Don't change anything.
The montfort café is in the center of vaison la romain, at the market square. You can both enjoy a drink. The service is very kind and always in for a chat.
nothing better than this establishment to sip a good drink to the air and evening to listen to the jazz orchestras that come to play in the evening.

a small hollow the coffee Montfort will fill you with an excellent tuna at the plancha. a daily map of 5 different menus. good appetite.
