is located in the center of the village of San lorenzo de el escorial, next to the old cinema of varieties. a corner that doesn't attract attention, until you cross its big copper door. inside begins an authentic route of flavors with the tasting menu, which can choose between short, long and xl. between so appetizers highlights the explosion of flavor in only a bite, and among the first dishes I stay with those that took me to the sea through the palate, (it was the season of coverage, and it was noticed). Each bite we accompany you from a different wine (the pair is really surprising, but I think the trick is to wet your lips, and not try to drink up to 10 cups of wines that left different...
After sitting on our table, a person comes to explain that they have no letter and that they are based on tasting menus, indicating that the short is fine if they eat little, but we were hungry and we decided through the middle and we felt that our ability then came the turn of the wines, we said we didn't want the pair and responded that there was no letter. explosion of flavors in the mouth. highly recommended. they don't have a letter, there are three types of menu. short, long and xl. The long I think is enough to eat well. you can accompany it with a wine pairing. they always play with seasonal products.
