Let me first say that I love this place. It is my lunch place to order the delivery - I work in downtown Ballet/Aquarium and they always deliver super fast, and they are my hand-down favorite Chinese food in Houston since the movement here in 2014. I almost always command the same - House lo my and fried dumplings. Today it just tasted - the dumplings were muddy-like and uncooked in the areas. The Lo mine was sharp for some reason and it's not common. For the first time, I was a little disappointed at my food delivery. I'm sure it was an on-off and not the normal. All in all, absolutely recommended. Only hope was today a rare exception and not the new normal.
I have ordered many times from this restaurant and have always been pleased .... this time very dissapointed! Order Chow fun and a sampler platter...... the noodles were good ,but the pork was dry and old ...the plater I could not eat the ribs they were soold and dry you couldn't chew them . Crab ragoon was refried and the cream cheese was spoiled .... the shrimp was so thin thatit too was dried out. What happened to the pride and art of chinese cooking??? I know times are hard right now , if you wantcustomers to return take pride in what you serve!
Extremely rude. When I came in, the lady at the front was literally screaming at the Uber Eats delivery driver because he couldn’t find the name on the order. She was yelling at him so badly that I almost walked out. Unprofessional. Food was mediocre at best and she also overcharged me but I was so ready to leave at that point that I didn’t care. Would never step foot here ever again. It’s so important to treat people with respect. With mediocre food like they served, you’d think they’d at least be nicer.
Horrible! Food made me sick… saw food being prepped in area that was not for prepping and not clean! Very bad customer service and the man was very rude! This restaurant is very dingy and unclean… they use a nasty spoon for who knows what stir peoples drinks. Nasty dry liquid dried up at the bottom of container where they keep the spoon. If you want good Chinese food in this area try Sam’s cafe! Save your money this place is nasty and unsanitary!!

this is their standard takeaway restaurant. I have dipped and found a hair in my general huh. the type was beautifully attached another teller. has not offered any refund. but perhaps was a fuke. I'm probably not going to eat here again with all the other restaurants in the opposite to try. the parking space had only about 6 places in total. Eating was okay, but not great.
Look at the time on my ticket and look at any menu from this restaurant. This restaurant just said yes to everything I asked and refused to give the right price. If they handle all first time customers like this they 're plenty other Chinese restaurants to try.
Their food is highly variable. Sometimes it is excellent and sometimes it’s inedible. Today I ordered cumin beef, which on the last two orders was fantastic. Today it was sad chewy beef. I hope that they can work things out and be consistent.
Had a group take out order. And it was good. I wasn’t a huge fan of the fried rice but the chow mein was very good. I loved the shrimp ?
