My husband and I dined at Moondyne Joe's. The hotel is welcoming and comfortable. The choice of food is comprehensive enough to please everyone including the kids. I had the barramundi with prawns and mash. Delicious! My husband had a pizza which he said was really tasty. The surprise of the night was how reasonable the price of the drinks were. The clincher though were the girls that served us. Both of them were so helpful and friendly. A real bonus for the hotel. We will definitely go back.
Try the Specials. The constantly changing range of specials on the menu ensure you will always have a pleasant surprise, I thought it a bit expensive, until the food arrived and then I thought they could charge more! The open mike night is a valuable showcase for local and 'passing through ' talent.

High Standard Dining. The table was laid beautifully and the service was top notch. The wine list is extensive and carefully chosen and the food was served promtly, hot and was very tasty. Highly recommended. The pub is a terrific, homely and entertaining venue. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Better than expected. We had a good meal at the Governers Pleasure restaurant. It was good hearty fare , the decor was well done and the service could not be faulted. I would be happy to go back. Certainly not your typical pub experience.
The service has always been outstanding. It is a great relaxing pub especially in the winter when the wood fire is going. Good food and great staff. What more can you ask for?
$12 Steak on Tuesdays. Went there on a Tuesday and got the $12 Steak a decent sized scotch filled cooked just how we ordered MEDIUM. Super yum, great salad and chips.
