I have been to the MooTime Creamery a couple of times. This is a very popular ice cream place along Orange Avenue in Coronado Island. You can't ever not recognize this place because it has an Elvis Presley figure that stands in the front and a lot of people have taken their photo next to it. On this particular day and it being a holiday they had a long line just to get in to order your flavor of ice cream. I had forgotten that they have too many flavors to pick from and choices of mixes. I was not interested in any type of exotic mix today so I went with the Butter Pecan with peanuts on top. On any other day you don't have to bother with waiting in line but you know how holidays are, people...
The banana flavored ice cream was delicious. They also sell Bon Bons which were very nostalgic for me, since I grew up eating them. Kids got different flavor ice creams which were all very good.
Don't second guess it, you must try this place! They have their own version of Choco tacos! The ice cream is so creamy and delicious, the waffle cones are made fresh, truly excellent!

do not recommend the smoothie here. we have two smoothies (peach and mango), both look like only ice with very little taste!
