Had to throw out a large order from this place because the meat was old/ undercooked and the bread/fries were stale. When I called about the issue Mark (who is apparently is the manager) was handing the situation in a very rude manner, saying he wasn’t going to refund my order because he was the one who made the food and hung up on me. Steer clear of this place if you want your food fresh and don’t feel like dealing with unprofessional managers. If I can give them 0 stars I would. The customer service in this restaurant is ridiculous. I walked in and before even getting passed the front Door one of the employees greeted me with I cannot take your order now and I don’t know when I could. There were only 3 customers in the entire restaurant waiting. I will never return. They are super rude and their employees need to be trained in customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
We arrived at 8:40, just 20 minutes before the restaurant's closing time. However, the staff informed us that they were already closed and would not take our order. This was a completely unacceptable experience that needs to be addressed. It was very embarrassing for this establishment. Overall rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1.
I am frustrated with this restaurant always forgetting parts of my order. It is unfair to only receive a refund for the missing item and then have to go elsewhere to complete my dinner, paying fees again and leaving another hefty tip. If you want to receive your entire order, I recommend getting burgers from somewhere else.
Awful customer service as usual. Showed up at 8:30, multiple people sitting waiting for food but they wouldn’t cook me several items I asked for because they close at 9. I’ve worked in restaurants for the majority of my life. That is outrageously unacceptable. Service: 1

The Cheddar burger with a half slice of bacon was disappointing, as the patty was dry. The shareable order of fries was soggy and definitely not large enough to share. However, the shakes were satisfactory.
