The food was prepared to our exact specifications, which is a great indication of talented chefs. The menu offered plenty of brunch options with many intriguing dishes to choose from. The desserts also looked incredibly tempting. Our waiter, Juan, was outstanding. I've already made reservations through Opentable for March and April, and I can’t wait to return!

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I dined with a large group and we ordered a variety of dishes. The seafood on the tower appetizer was questionable in terms of freshness. The lobster dinner was undercooked and had to be removed from the bill. The bone-in NY strip was not of good quality at all. On a positive note, the braised ribs were enjoyed, as was the shrimp pasta. The sommelier was average and seemed hesitant to provide recommendations or educate us. Our waiter, Alfonso, was good. I hope you have a much better experience.
Outstanding service and remarkable food! The table-side Caesar salad was a standout, easily one of the best I've ever had. The wine list is impressive, offering a great variety of price ranges and regions. It is on the expensive side, but that’s what you would expect from a steakhouse on The Strip.

The restaurant was quite calm, with only three other tables filled. The staff were very attentive and helpful, though I noticed some hesitation when I asked for a glass of water. My friends who had steak mentioned that it was a bit too salty for their taste.
The Prime New York steak was outstanding—definitely the best I've ever tasted. The Gratin Dauphinoise was excellent, and the mac and cheese had a fantastic, unique twist. The service was phenomenal, exceeding even the highest expectations.
