Two words. Thai omelette. I don 't work at the hospital...I haven 't ever been a patient. I just happen to work nearby. At my office, I kept hearing people rave about the cafe at the hospital, specifically about the friendly and eccentric Thai cook who works behind the counter and her amazing Thai omelette. I was intrigued. First, this woman is absolutely hilarious. She alone is enough of a reason to go get breakfast at a hospital cafe..but this omelette...oh my gosh!!! It 's stuffed with this sweet and spicy Thai sausage and covered with some sort of magical sauce she created. I 'm drooling just thinking about it. Be warned though, the omelette is pretty darn spicy! Perfect, in my opinion,...
