Full breakfast was lukewarm at best. Black pudding was dry and inedible bacon was 90% fat. One slice as pale as anything the second slice burnt. We got told on asking that we could order at the table using the qr code. Sat down and...the app said this restaurant was not taking online orders. Asked at the counter when ordering breakfast the same girl that told us we could order at the table said “no we aren’t taking orders online due to only having 2 staff”. We find there is more to visit than Morrison's supermarket, there is an outdoor market that's definitely worth going to and there is a fantastic Market view restaurant that sells homemade food at fantastic prices, I give this restaurant top marks for food and service....As you go towards the beach area there is a fairground for kids and a lovely promenade, there is also a park with play areas and large pond and boating area and mini railway for kids and adults.Ocean road has lots of restaurants including Morrison's but please give all of South Shields a chance.
I asked was it the 4th October, trace and track, I got the 5th I checked this morning. I asked whether the Wi-Fi was working to mainly why my business. I got a different reply. I ask what is going on in South Shields workers...how come they stuck being wrong? It is the 5th today and the Wi-Fi had connection though either weren't working for what the customer had said the 4th and am I right.
very poor first of all egg burst then undercooked bacon then overcooked sausages then a big clump crust of fried bread tough as old boots and not fried mushrooms beans and coffee ok overall 2/10 will not be returning !!!! have tk say i did...eat it all pury as i was starving and did not have time to complain. WORST BREKKIE FOR A LONG TIME SINCE KIRKPATRICKS NO MORE VISITS TO M's for me

Eating was absolutely terrible, would not recommend and after the ordering was said to pizza was not only sinking and mushrooms, used if I could just have ham, as not like to say mushroom, does not we prepare no food, we get it as it is...as like a family of 5 just 2 managed to get food! absolutely horrific! don't waste time or money!
overall service is going down. Has gradually deteriorated over the past months. The coffee in particular is tasteless. The cappuccino and mocha used to be nice but tastes only of milk and even that has little flavour. We have complained a number of times but...nothing is done
Been in here today .Food average for Morrisons.The problem was the staff. EITHER NO MASK OR VISORS IN USE. Where they did have masks being used a chin warmer or under the nose. COME on Morrisons buck things up.
was close to solving a big thing in self-control, but simon came to rettung and mentioned the better deal to us and politely got me the product on deal. was a great help and could not thank him enough.

beautiful place near the city to lunch before shopping. I had once fish and chips, and an breakfast meal of a day both we are beautiful and service was good.
