fantastic evening of super eating and drinking, party with friends after a long time apart. we booked the private dining room at the back of the restaurant. everyone loved the tasting menu, most of them had the accompanying wee. we liked the service that was really friendly, smooth, relaxed and inconspicuous, never wait for anything or wanted (and they even let us put on our own music in the background, in our own room. that was a nice note. here are some pictures of what we had. the food was nice, from the brot (so delicious and warm! and the opening of snacks directly at dessert, cheese course, coffee and petit four. go and enjoy a nice night out!
We would totally recommend eating at this fantastic restaurant. We visited Ludlow for the weekend , so pre booked our visit several weeks before. Could only manage to book for lunch. We was not disappointed. From the moment we entered into the building we was welcomed by a very friendly member of staff (manageress I presume) . We had a relaxing drink at bar before we went for our meal. Food was a 3 course meal. The meals were so tasty and Beautifully presented. The staff do not bother you or ask if food is ok (this is one of my pet hates anyway) Highly recommended- trust me, you will absolutely love the food. Thank you. We will be visiting again.
a word. the cooked and served kitchen is definitely worth its Michelin result. the staff is very polite and knowledgeable and eating is really worth the hype! only two small critiks: the lack of garderobe facilities especially in winter, if it is impossible to get without heavy weights, scares etc. that do not fit easily to the back of the chair and the missing local products on the cheeseboard. but none of these would stop us to visit here again!
excellent restaurant. we have presented this exceptionally and enjoyed the heavenly taste experience. they were brought to the table in comfortable tempo and completely described. delicious! we visited the middle of the week in winter, so that the restaurant was very quiet and lacked a little of the ambiente that would otherwise be present. I'll go back.

We choose the resturant for our first wedding anniversary. And what an amazing choice. Camila was wonderful we felt very special. Little touches like our names on our menu and happy anniversary on some of our dishes. The wine pairing was exquisite. This is a very special very intimate experience . cannot speak very enough of this restaurant, a real gem. High-end modern British cuisine with fresh local food. excellent service throughout the team. I advise you to book when you want to visit. a la carte menu (guinea fowl was a highlight) or they make a tasting menu with wine. Probably one of the five best meals we had forty years.
Myself and my partner have just dined at mortimers and it was fantastic . The different tastes coming from each course was amazing. The staff were very professional and friendly. Hope to see you again soon and Thankyou for a great night .
Excellent food and service! The decor could do with a little modernising and the music was quite depressing. A slightly upbeat playlist would improve the overall ambience.

Tried the tasting menu and can honestly say it's the best meal I've ever eaten. The staff are very professional and friendly. Can't recommend enough, I will be returning.
