time to try a few apps and drinks on the bar on the way to the casino. the bar menu announces that some of their bar bites have specially reduced prices on a specific day or during certain hours. For example, both the $13 parmesan truffle matchstick fries and the $10 fresh cut potato chips are available for just $7. there are also half dozen other bar bites that normally sell for 11-$15 for just $8. We go to the Saratoga Springs location. The food is outstanding and Adam (Mgr) does a great job. We just had the Tomahawk Steak...delicious! We usually reserve for first seating at 5pm. We find the lobby bar is never open until 5 pm. We want to arrive 1 hr prior and enjoy a Mortini, etc. This is a mistake. The lobby bar should be open at 4pm not 5 pm for the customers. We find we go elsewhere to spend on drinks prior to dinner. A response is appreciated.
Have visited Morton's Steakhouse twice now during both of our visits to the Saratoga Casino Hotel. We had dinner there once and drinks the other time, on both occasions the experiences where great. The food is solid and the service was excellent both times. Love the bar area which is situated right outside of the main restaurant. Highly recommend it here if your visiting the area, Morton's is one of the nicest restaurants in Saratoga Springs.
We usually come here once or twice a year for special occasions. They usually make a big deal over special occasions. This time I made reservations a month in advance and still had to wait 25 minutes for a table. I have a feeling they're overbooking, especially in August. I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely outstanding, and I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5. The service was also top-notch, earning another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting, also deserving of a 5 out of 5. Highly recommend!
it was a bit loud, but that's it. the wagyu file was melted in its mouth tender. the ny strip was perfectly cooked. truffles and loaded baked potato were delicious. I say the best steak house in which I was, recommended and will return. Eat: 5/5 service: 5/5 atmosphere: 4/5 .more
Absolute perfection.I love this restaurant. Service, atmosphere, food, gets 10/10.If you're a real steak connoisseur, this is the place to find dry aged steaks, and real Wagyu beef. Ive eaten here a few times, and it's never short of perfect.

Kelly, our server, was incredibly efficient and helpful. We shared a massive shrimp cocktail martini and a filet mignon accompanied by delicious, large potato wedges in a light sauce.
