The food at this restaurant is delicious, especially the bagels. However, the service is incredibly slow. It seems like they could benefit from better management. For example, when four people order egg sandwiches, all four employees behind the counter take each order separately and then individually cook each sandwich without anyone available to help with other items. This process causes long wait times and disorganization. Additionally, there are times when they run out of coffee and customers have to remind them to make more. Despite the inefficiencies, the staff is friendly and pleasant. If they improved their speed and organization, I would give them a 5-star rating.
I love going to Moe's Bagels for breakfast when I'm in the area. The bagels are always soft and fresh, and while many people come for takeout, there are also tables available both inside and outside. Moe's prices are a bit on the higher side, but they won't break the bank. The organic coffee from South America is absolutely delicious.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but they always seem to mess up my order. I consistently order the same dish, but I always receive something different. However, I have found that the other dishes they serve are also very tasty, which is how I can tell that the food here is excellent.

Have never been disappointed until yesterday. The young woman who waited on me gave me a stale bagel with a minuscule amount of cream cheese and she was not wearing gloves.
If you see this place run for the hills, we ended up waiting 30m+ for some garbage bagels that smelt like old lady pu$$y. STAY AWAY.
The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. The bagels are good, but the selection is limited. However, the lox I had was mediocre.
