So I took my wife, mother and sister in law with our two kids on mother’s day. Once we ordered our food it took well over an hour to receive it. They first brought my mother’s food out by itself, So we waited to see if the rest of our food was coming out shortly after. Well it took about 25 minutes for everyone else’s food to come out. By that time her food was ice cold. Than someone came in with a huge dog at a fine dining place we overheard a table next to us being read the specials of the night which no one informed us. No one that worked there had a clue what they were doing. Please think twice before coming here.
The pasta here is absolutely delicious! I was thrilled to find a traditional carbonara, rather than the Americanized versions that often include cream and omit eggs—the list of modifications goes on. The eggplant appetizer was fantastic, definitely a 5/5. The amatriciana had a nice kick, though I wished there had been a bit more meat. This is likely our favorite Italian restaurant in Westchester, right next to Burrata.
I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! I brought my extended family here when they visited for my wedding, and the restaurant was able to easily accommodate our large group. The food was incredible. My aunt and uncle, who had just returned from Italy, mentioned that the food at Moscato is as good as the delicious meals they enjoyed while on their trip. Be sure to try the crispy artichoke when you're there!
It was a sunny Sunday afternoon in mid-July, with clear skies and a pleasant warmth in the air. The ambiance was clean, peaceful, and elegant, giving off a classic vibe. We started our meal with fresh mussels in a tomato-based soup as an appetizer, followed by Calabrese pizza and Spaghetti allo Scoglio. It was truly a delightful way to spend a weekend outing.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The food was good overall, although the white meat chicken can be a bit dry compared to the moist dark meat. The staff is very welcoming.
We had a fantastic meal with great service at Moscato. We are frequent customers and always enjoy our dining experience here. Highly recommend!
Avoid ordering the liver dish. The balsamic vinegar reduction was too strong and the liver was cooked too much.
The restaurant offers tasty and fresh dishes in a pleasant atmosphere, definitely worth the price.
