I have visited as part of a group. They were excellent in looking after us despite our big number. Their food was so tasty and authentic. It was my first time at an Eritrean restaurant and this is a place were you fully embrace their...culture at the table. The portions are very generous and on top of that the food is so tasty, rich and variate. I recommend to everyone and specially for the adventurous people that like to experiment new cuisines and flavours. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help and explain what you have in front of you. The owner is a great host that from the moment you come in you feel welcomed and at home. The injera sharing platters (vegan, vegetarian or meat options) are superb. They say it is for two people but they are huge. It's easily enough for two, possibly even The injera was soft and tasty and all of the dishes on top were great....They're relatively expensive (looking at approx. for one of them) but the quality is definitely there. Beer options are: bottles of Windhoek or larger bottles of the excellent Kenyan beer (Tusker) at The Eritrean honey wine is also worth a try as is the very nice tea served at the end (included in a couple of the meat injera sharing dishes). Staff were friendly although it's worth booking ahead. It's a small restaurant that fills up quickly!

I ate here recently with a friend on a Saturday evening. The food is good quality, and reasonably priced, as are the drinks (but it's a pity that the beer wasn't chilled). The service was OK and the staff were friendly. The tables are a...bit small, though the of us were sitting at a table for (supposedly), but it would have been a squeeze with more people. I would accept prices that were a bit higher in exchange for a little more comfort.

My first experience of Eritrean food and I was delighted to be part of a large gathering which added to the atmosphere. The delicious food is eaten communally so make sure your hands are clean! A great selection of drinks and a full bar....Lovely restaurant with good decor and the owner and staff are absolutely wonderful. We all had such a great time ni-one wanted to leave! The friendly owner is very welcoming and accommodating. The food is tasty and filling and we enjoyed the honey wine and the Namibian beer. They lose a star because just under for a large platter of Ethiopian-Vegetarian food seems somewhat expensive compared to other...Ethiopian restaurants we've visited in London.

This restaurant is way more pricey than other Ethiopian restaurants in London. ,if you come solo you will not get good value for money , as in order to have a full meal (pancake, meat, vegs) you need to buy dishes. This restaurant caters...more for people. Personally I won't be back.

First time trying out Eritrean food, we had the meat set up menu with my family to try different plates it was really good! Tasty, generous portions and copious. Everyone was happy with it, definitely recommend it! Nice staff as well. All perfect.

I would say that the restaurant looks a bit worn. Overall nice food but the tables and chairs show their age. The food was overall good, but the lamb was not very tender. I will give it another try next time.

food and very friendly staff. Very easy spot to get to and would recommend to anyone. Also very generous portion sizes.
