Das Restaurant ist ein Boot. Nicht auf einem Boot. Es ist das Boot, das im Jahr 1965 aus dem nahegelegenen See gezogen und zu einem Teil eines Gebäudes umgebaut wurde. Sehr freundlicher und effizienter Service. Am Ende unseres Mahls gab es einen schnellen Besuch an jedem Tisch vom Besitzer und Koch, was heutzutage selten ist und wirklich notwendig ist, um zu erfahren, ob alles gut gelaufen ist (wie ich erwähnte, waren wir Neulinge). Auch sehr begeistert davon, über die lokalen Fische zu sprechen. Das Restaurant setzt sich für lokale Produkte ein, was immer schön ist. Hervorragende Forellenfilets, Hirschmedaillons, Rindersteak und Schweinefleisch. Perfekt zubereitet. Guter lokaler Pinot Noir...

Mittagessen auf dem Boot, während die Schönheit der Natur vorbeizieht. Das Mittagessen mit den Barschfilets und dem köstlichen Nachtisch war schön, aber das Essen von den französischen Pommes nach der anderen, großzügigen Portion, ist so gut wie es nur geht. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, auf einem Boot so gut zu essen.

Mittagessen auf dem Boot, während die Schönheit der Natur vorbeizieht. Das Mittagessen mit Zanderfilets und leckerem Gemüse war schön, aber die Pommes frites eins nach dem anderen zu essen, in reichlicher Portion, ist einfach das Beste. Ich hatte ein so gutes Essen auf einem Boot nicht erwartet.
