I decided to visit the restaurant with my bank statement, and the girl at the front desk said she would inform her manager and get back to me the next day, but I never heard back. A week later, I followed up, only to receive the same assurance that the manager would definitely call me. When I called again today and spoke to the manager, she informed me that they don't issue refunds, but rather provide credits towards food. This was never communicated to me. Moreover, she mentioned that only the owner can process refunds, and he's only in on Mondays—the day the restaurant is closed. She also dismissed the staff's lack of knowledge by saying they are just teenagers.

When my dish finally arrived, it looked unappetizing—like a pile of dog poop. I should have sent it back, but I didn't want to cause a scene while dining with friends. The dish had no flavor, and I only picked at it before stopping altogether. I noticed the cook coming out of the kitchen and glancing at my meal several times; he clearly recognized something was off. When the waitress cleared our plates, she asked the others how their meals were, but didn't say anything to me, which indicated she knew my dish was inadequate as well. This is why I gave her a mediocre rating.

Have eaten here several times. Love everything I’ve tried. Love the food! Veal parm is excellent! Their cheesebread is so good, I could eat it as a meal. The atmosphere reminds me of an old time restaurant dinner with the family place, or a Boston Italian restaurant. It can get loud if there are large groups/families there. But that makes it feel like home. Waitstaff are good for most part. If it’s too busy, sometimes they might forget something. That’s to be understood, so long as it’s not too many times or things. I was disappointed with the food; it wasn't bad, but it certainly didn't stand out. The special appetizer, arancini, was decent and came with a lovely sauce. However, the veal parmesan suffered from a heavy, thick sauce that overshadowed it—I could barely tell if there was any mozzarella on it. While the portion size was generous, the quality was lacking. The shrimp scampi had six small shrimp that lacked flavor. The sauce was fine—light and buttery—but not particularly memorable.
I'd like to say it was good but the service on Mother's Day was really bad. They lost our reservation, no one checking anyone in and a lack of total care from anyone that might have been in management. You know it's going to be busy so prepare. We ended up in the bar and had dinner however won't be back.
We did take out for dinner on Mother’s Day and everything was plain, cold and had no taste. Especially the chicken Marsala. This is ridiculous. They clearly don’t do as hard of work on take out.
I had an event with 15 people. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and the service was great. Excellent food.
