I felt welcomed when I visited this modern Italian restaurant for the first time. I made a reservation through their online system, but arrived 15 minutes late due to bad weather conditions. Despite this, we were still able to secure a table as the restaurant was only 20% full at 5:45pm. Our server had some difficulty explaining the long list of daily specials and when we asked about prices, she seemed unsure, giving a range of $42 to $62. We decided to stick to the regular menu items instead. The food and wine were all above average, with cocktails being on the pricier side. We opted for a bottle of Italian wine to share. I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago with a friend and loved the ambiance and décor - it made me feel like I was in the city! We ordered the Funghi al forno and spaghetti carbonara, which was the best I've had. The mushrooms in the salad were both juicy and crispy at the same time. I particularly enjoy carbonara and not many Italian restaurants offer it, so I was excited to try it here. The sauce was just right, not too heavy, and the fresh pasta was delicious. Although I didn't find anything amazing, I would definitely consider returning to try other items on their decent-sized menu.
The food was delicious with a great selection of choices including Salumi-Banacuterie, pizza, and two pastas. They also provided complimentary bread which was a nice touch. I especially enjoyed the roasted garlic and they even gave me extra to take home. All the dishes we tried were good and the food tasted fresh and of high quality. The portions were generous and the service was friendly. While they did not offer anything special for birthdays, it was worth asking. Overall, I would say it is one of the best Italian restaurants in the Woodbridge area.
The food was cooked to perfection with great presentation, from the host, the waiters and the bartender had amazing customer service. They were so attentive and polite. I had rosemary cocktail which was so delicious, a true oven cooked pizza, all vegan with gluten free dough which was mouth watering. Every food and drink, I had was outstanding. Visited Motorino for my birthday in November and I don't regret it at all. I had 12 people at the table and I was originally worried about getting quality service given the party size but there was no issues at all. The atmosphere was perfect (nice looking interior, not crowded and we were seated in a good spot given our group size), our waitress was polite and the food was great. Huge shout out to the assistant manager Tracey who was accommodating for one of my friends with her order
Our waitress Latisha was so sweet and polite. She went above and beyond while serving us. We stopped in for dessert and coffee and she did not disappoint! They did not have the Cookie dessert available but she somehow managed to have the chef make one just for me! Thank you to the chef as well !!! Great customer service.
I frequently go to this restaurant and the food never disappoints. Have had an excellent experience dealing with Tracy. Always friendly to me and very welcoming to my guests which is much appreciated. It's refreshing to see someone work with passion and care. Definitely a great addition to the Motorino team.Antonella
Had a lovely dinner here last night. Very welcoming and inclusive place with kind, friendly and attentive servers. They have a really nice indoor dining space as well as a heated patio. Service was perfect, food was incredible. The only complaint is the fact that one glass of wine is 19.00, which is more than a meal. Drinks are disgustingly overpriced. Other than that we loved it, from the hostess to the servers, the food runner etc. Very pleasant experience.
