Cannot say enough good things about this place. This is a tourist dream when looking for options. My only regret is not getting back here in time to try one of their lovely sandwiches. Their pastries are delectable, their omelets are phenomenal. Thisestablishment is one of the closest I have found to a French Cafe stateside. Staff was kind and favorable. Arrived shortlybefore closing and were very helpful in finding alternatives to their fare on our final visit. Upon return to Laguna thisestablishment gets priority. Customer service was greatly above others in area.
This is a wonderful French bakery and coffee shop, with a great selection of deli items and grocery products. We only sampled the desserts, which were wonderfully rich in the classic French style, without being overly sweet. They were excellent! The coffee was also quite good. I highly recommend sitting outside, as there is a spacious patio area. The staff speaks French, but they were friendly and not rude at all.
Great ambiance and fair food options. The desserts could be more fresh or warmed up, but there are plenty of options to choose. The breakfast is good and can be shared for two. Overall, the atmosphere is real nice and a good place to relax or have a drink. I give it three stars because the places nearby have a bit more to offer.Food: 3/5
Great food hands down the best deli place around, but their pastries , they are a slice of Europe in your mouth. We came here with my bf and split a Jambon Fromage sandwich, had 2 canneles and 2 cafe au laits... beautiful. Service was prompt and courteous, and the ambiance entangling and lively. I recommend it

Overall had a great experience. The food is super yummy and the menu has something for everybody. However I gave it 4 stars because the staff was not friendly and Moulin is not very accommodating with allergies. Their is also no parking and if you dofind parking you will have to pay.
I absolutely loved the food, atmosphere, and service at Moulin. The croissant was the best I've ever had. We sat outside in front of the restaurant, enjoying our meal and coffee, feeling as though we were in a different world. I can’t wait to return the next time I'm in Laguna.
Feels like being in a European cafe--pastries that are on point (we sampled everything, haha! and amazing, amazing cappuccino and mocha! J'adore the chocolate bar that comes with each coffee order. This is my new go-to in Laguna Beach for sure!
Cute little pastry shop that has a huge selection tucked away into fabulous showcases! As tourists, we were pleasantly surprised to find a French pastry shop, but are so glad we stopped for coffee and pastry. Yum!
