In 2022, racism is still present in today's society, so I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. I had made a reservation for an outdoor table where there was live music. However, they initially seated us next to a very loud speaker. The hostess was polite and offered to move us further away, but warned us that we would be served by the bar staff in that area. We didn't think much of it until we encountered a very rude server, an older woman, who simply dropped the menus and walked away. We noticed she went over the daily specials with other tables but not with us. When we asked for recommendations, she only handed us a menu. I had a great experience at this restaurant. The mussels appetizer was delicious and came in a generous portion. Margaret, our server, was lovely and made our meal even better. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised when the restaurant gave us three free desserts and omitted our drink charges because our food took a little longer to come out due to a large party ahead of us. I would definitely return for brunch or lunch on the outdoor patio.
Ordered a drink surprise me, got a delicious white cranberry martini (see photo #1). The food came out looking delicious (see photo #2), looks like the martini was enticed! The special fish dish really was perfect. We were all happy in the end (see photo #4). Our server was responsive and seemed to really appreciate our business. Her name began with a J (a thin blonde). Went to dinner on a Friday evening at 5:30 PM. The hostess brought us bread and water and said they were short staffed and it might be a bit for our server to get to us. We sat and waited at our table for 30 minutes and no one ever came over to us. I had a bottle water in the car, I wasn?t going out for water and bread! We left and went to another place with great result! Absolutely horrible experience! Shameful?..

I visited this restaurant on a weekend afternoon for brunch. They have a wide variety of options on the menu and the quality of the food was excellent. I highly recommend trying their crab dip and crab cakes - you won't be disappointed! The patio offers a great view of people playing golf, which adds to the overall experience. I will definitely be visiting again soon. Highly recommended.
Usually, everything is fantastic at this restaurant. However, last night I ordered a filet cooked medium, but it arrived well done. My wife ordered a baked potato alongside her meal, and it was served cold. There was a large party, and the restaurant was quite busy, but they definitely need to focus on cooking times and ensure that the filet is prepared correctly and served hot.
Held a 50th reunion celebration in the spacious tent with nice outside availability also. The weather cooperated making for a wonderful experience. From our event coordinator, Christine, to the fantastic wait staff, the evening was a success. Food was terrific. Fantastic view.
Nothing in the menu really popped out as enticing to me. I know menus can be a subjective thing but as small as the menu was I had a hard time deciding what to get. I went with the Chesapeake chicken and I enjoyed it. Maybe I'll come back and try another item.

I had one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences. The food was mediocre, and the service was disappointing. For a dinner meal, we spent between $50 and $100 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere also a 2.
Best plate of food I had in 25 years. The crab cakes were award winning. Waitress was incredible with patron service. Atmosphere is really nice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A TRIP TO THE MOUNTAIN BRANCH!!
