A lovely corner spot for Mediterranean food. I attended a group dinner here based on a suggestion, and I was glad to have joined. I think the format of the food would be great for groups to share a few dips and apps and having each individual order their own entrees which ranged from $20-$34 per person with very generous portion sizes. I'll comment on the items I did eat which includes their hummus, babaganoush , pita, roasted cauliflower large portion) , and their Gyro plate mix of beef and lamb beef, orzo, and house salad). The ambiance is really why you 'd want to dine at a non-chain restaurant like "Moussaka Mediterranean "I would describe it as stylish and even perhaps romantic...it 's obvious someone thought how they wanted to present themselves as a restaurant and executed that vision. Service with a smile is always noted and appreciated (I believe my server was Leila)...otherwise it was efficient without being over bearing.The food was good and satisfying. Sitting with the ladies who I meet every qtr. For libations and a meal, this was the perfect spot.The food is top-notch, especially the Baba smokey eggplant) Ghanoush is to die for. Also, the classic hummus is amazing. The service was great. The young lady was working hard as it seemed at the time of our arrival that she was the only server. So, once the food got to us, we devoured it so fast that we didn't take any photos. Not like me. Now, only one complaint. Although there seems to be a great wine list the Chianti we ordered was old, when she poured it, it had a brown tent twice after opening a new bottle. I’ve been searching for a reasonably priced, great quality Mediterranean restaurant in the Bay for a minute, and this spot is the real deal! I can honestly say that this is one of the best Mediterranean spots I’ve been to.To start off, The menu is really well designed as they actually cover many regions. Every dish I tried was great. The portion sizes are huge, the service was great, and the I tutor is super nice. I really can’t say enough good things about Moussaka, you really gotta come and try it out! Strongly recommend the combo kebab plate.Pro tip ask for the harissa hot sauce it elevated the whole experience!

Coming here is bringing me back Mediterranean! Walking in with wonderful greeting and I ordered kabab combo plate and it was great!!!I finished too quick and no picture was taken.. I will definitely come back to order again and take picture!Chef also makes really good baklava cheesecake. The cheesecake is an airy one that pairs nicely with the sweetness of the baklava smoothing it out into a well balance dessert. With coffee or tea and it’s perfect.
This delightful little restaurant offers delicious food and outstanding service from a young Asian man. The smoky eggplant, spanakopita, and doner are all fantastic and incredibly fresh. As for parking, there's free parking available across the street by Safeway, as well as a two-hour free residential parking option and metered street parking.
This is an excellent spot for Mediterranean cuisine. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is outstanding. They also offer a special dessert menu that’s worth trying. I would definitely recommend this place—10/10! The bread served with olive oil is simply amazing.
