This restaurant is definitely one of the best tables, if not the best, between Vienna and Collonges at Mont D'Or! A very cozy setting, a welcome, and a warm and friendly service, a very inventive and very surprising kitchen, transformed what should only have been a good lunch in a real moment of pure pleasure. Everything was perfect, from the aperitif to the coffee, to the mouth and dessert, without forgetting of course the entry and dish of the discovery menu. A true gustative journey through the creativity of the chef, and his boldness to mix ingredients in an unlikely way, for a result as surprising as succulent. An excellent meal game with as a main dish a royal hare, of great quality and cooked wonderfully. In entry a very good terrine, pigeon and caille, and finished with a succulent dessert of revisited Suzette pancakes. The service is always perfect, the boss is of a nameless kindness, the wine very well, not everything was perfect, as one can expect in a good restaurant.
