Moviehouse Eatery By Cinépolis

We've been here frequently and have dined here a few times. I have no complaints about the seats or the theatre itself. However, the food we had this time was not good and the quality wasn't what I remembered. I ordered the burger with fries and a side of tots. The fries were way overly cooked and the tots left a bad taste in my mouth. I asked for bacon on my burger and when I took a bite I gagged because it tasted so awful, almost expired, to the point I couldn't even eat it. Such a shame because I used to think the food was decent for a movie theatre. I wonder if it was just a bad night, but I don't think I will order food from here ever again.

Been here several times but this particular visit was highly disappointing. Food served barely warm and the ranch chicken strips were sickenly salty, so requested plain ones. They came back hot, but the fries were still cold on the 2nd go round. Mango margarita was not good either. Won't be back. ?

Great experience and their drinks are great. Service was quick in a packed theater. I also did not run into in issues with pre-purchased items. It was also not too cold, I have been to one of these before and it was extremely cold but the temperature was just right at this one.

Pretty fun experience at this place. Spacious reclining seating. Pricing on the food, though, is a little extreme. 18 dollars for nachos is kinda out there, but it is what it is. All and all, pleasant experience

Great movie comfortable seats. Ordered the Buffalo shrimp, tummy did not agree with it at all. It's Pepto for me today.
