We went to Moxies to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our friends had reserved a table for 7 but when we arrived, we were shown to a table which was much too small. This was corrected quickly but we found we were waiting for service frequently during our meal. We had to look around to catch the eye of a server to have our drink orders taken. Then we had to ask the server to take our order for appetizers. Our food arrived in a timely manner but my appy was served in a problematic way. My husband and I had ordered the guacamole. We went for dinner on Friday night and had an amazing time, largely due to our server Victoria. What made her truly fantastic was the fact that she seemed to genuinely enjoy her job and sincerely cared that we had an enjoyable experience. She was...also super happy (but not over the top , gave great recommendations, was attentive without being intrusive (excellent table maintenance! , checked in on us throughout, was available when we needed something, and got us everything we asked for in a timely fashion. The food was also very good, but Victoria made it memorable. The next time I go back, I'll definitely be asking for her section.
Moxies has been our go-to restaurant in Prince George for the past 3.5 yrs. We have our favourite waiter and even if we are not in his section, he still stops by to make sure everything is OK. Recent menu changes are terrific (love the salmon cobb salad). We have experienced a couple of management changes and have been impressed with the genuine concern that regular customers continue to come back.
We had a large group that grew and the staff were supper at quickly setting up extra seating so we were still together. The manager was super and came out for a visit too. The staff were efficient with the ordering and service too. The food was tasty and we had a great time on the patio. What a great way to have lunch and a few laughs.

A nice place for a good food, good drinks and friendly service. A nice quiet restaurant. Great service from the bartender. The menu isn't as extensive as some of the other places but good. Love the penne Alfredo dish.
We're staying at the sandman hotel. It was delicious the wine and the beers were cold. There's also a terrace to sit outside tonight, it was too hot to be outside.
Moxie's was so good to us! In addition to a good food experience the service was excellentMy husband ordered a steak which came out perfectly.
Looking at most of the reviews, this place has a bad repI went because I was staying at the Sandman next door._I was pleasantly surprised.
