Wish I could give zero stars, we live out of town and was told this was the best place. It was far from a pleasant experience, waited nearly 30 minutes to be seated, mind you it was not busy at all, get menus and start looking and as I seen the prices I was like these prices are a little on the high side. My wife ordered the boneless wings (5 pieces) my grandson who is 6 got way more food than my wife for a lot less money, $12 for 5 little pieces of chicken, McDonalds chicken nuggets ware bigger than what she got. I chose the Fried Butterflied Shrimp Plate, which included coleslaw, onion rings, and hushpuppies. While the shrimp weren't particularly outstanding in terms of freshness, they were still quite tasty. The coleslaw, however, was among the best I’ve ever had, and the onion rings were fantastic too. My sister went for the Mushroom Swiss Burger, which was generously topped with mushrooms, brown gravy, and Swiss cheese, served with fries. She declared it one of the best burgers she’s ever tasted and really enjoyed the fries as well.

I visited this restaurant today with my son and ordered the Chicken Finger plate, which came with corn nuggets and okra. The chicken was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious. The okra was also well-prepared; it just needed a little bit of salt, but it was still very good. The corn nuggets were cooked well, though they were a tad too sweet for my liking. However, my son enjoyed them, so it really just comes down to personal preference. I plan to try a different side next time. The service and music were excellent as well. Got seated pretty quickly, everything was going good until food got to us and found a hair in my daughter's food and then 5 seconds later found hair in my food. At that point the wife was disugutied with the whole issue we had just started eating a few bites in). Had no issue paying for the appetizer and drinks. The bill would have been around 100 dollars and got it down to 42 was still not impressed with it walked out the door paying 25 plus tip. Very disappointed in the whole atmosphere.
