Started off the night having a couple of drinks looking out over the Lagoon Pool at Airlie Beach and out to the islands in the distance. Magic way to enjoy drinks on a balmy tropical night. The service was great and it was easy to get refills which isn't always the case at some restaurants when you can't just go up to the bar to order. Sometimes you find the wait staff have blinkers on their eyes and deliberately avoid eye contact with any other patrons they are not specifically serving. Not so at Mr Bones though. Good coffee that comes with the most scrumptious little knob of brownie, super fun entrées (go for the tinned sardines and eggplant chips!), amazing pizzas! Mr Bones has never disappointed at my every visit. Thanks Mark and Team for the great service and wonderful feeds.
Ate here recently, recommended by locals, and was very impressed. Cute decor, helpful staff, great food! We were very hungry and they gave us great recommendations on what to eat! Loved the prawn starter, and the pizzas were very tasty. reasonable prices also!
Group of 9 for a friends birthday. Shared starters were great, pizzas were huge (had to take half home for brekkie the next day) and the burger desert was excellent! Service was top notch and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

On a hot day this oasis was a cool haven in the shade of the mangrove trees. Friendly staff, quick and efficient service. The pizza was superb, and french fries on the side a bit different and very tasty
Went there tonight and found they have been closed since March. How does a closed restaurant keep number three spot on trip advisor when it has been closed for months?
Could definitely taste the fresh ingredients on the pizza, it was great. Also tried the corn fritters, they were delicious. Great value for beer and wine as well.
Have been here twice for breakfast and it seriously delicious. Will come here every time we are in Airlie. Service is great too
