Mr. Frankie is a relatively new addition to Frankston, featuring stylish modern decor that rivals trendy city cafes. I had the pumpkin and halloumi fritters accompanied by a herb and cucumber salad. The fritters were crunchy and full of flavor, perfectly complemented by the fresh salad. My friend ordered the omelette, which may not have looked particularly impressive, but it was surprisingly packed with taste. During our visit, we sampled their crispy chicken burger and berry-comonote crumble, both of which were absolutely delicious! The café was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. It’s definitely a hidden gem in Frankston South and a spot that is well worth a visit.
This charming little café is beautifully decorated, offering a taste of Melbourne's CBD or urban St Kilda in the lush surroundings of Frankston. My partner, who jokingly calls me a “coffee snob,” and I both found the coffee to be spot on, and the food was fantastic as well. The chicken burger was amazing! It was incredibly delicious and not dry at all. The bun was perfectly sweetened, and the sauce along with all the ingredients complemented each other wonderfully. The service was great, and we had the option to order using a QR code and pay together as a group, which added to the fun!
Awesome place with top notch coffee, favourites so far have been the Zucchini fritters, vanilla milkshake, chicken burger with TRUFFLE FRIES. Such a great vibe, the staff all seem lovely. Very refreshing to see a revival of strip shops in the neighbourhood.
Mother’s Day brunch was brilliant. Something for everyone in our 3 generations. Avo smash was spectacular as was the Chicken burger. Chips for kids done to perfection. Thanks for making the day special. Loved the beautiful flower touch on each table.
