This is my last time ordering from this place. My order is clearly printed on the receipt. I am paying extra for my sauces and they have on 3 different occasions gave me the wrong sauces. So an example I will order 2 ginger and 2 yum yum and I end up with 6 yum yum sauces and one Ginger. If you charge extra make it right.Also make sure you check the expiration date on the pop. I purchased 2 cans of pop and they were expired. Then when I called back they claim because it was ordered my was placed online I have to work with the company I used to place the order. Tired of spending my hard earned money and ppl don't give you what you order.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The woman at the counter got my order wrong not once, but twice. I had to drive downtown to pick up my corrected order, and it was still missing items. When I asked her for a complimentary meal due to the mistakes, she simply said that it was her only job, which didn't make much sense to me. I probably won't be returning. To top it off, they even had instructions for cleaning up vomit and fecal matter posted on the wall!
Man. First time i had this place it was great. Sadly they have gone so far downhill. My food today is almost inedible. I can’t believe i spent $20 and got maybe 4 shrimp. 8 little bites of steak that is extremely well done. I wouldn’t serve this food to my dog. What happened? I do not recommend. Genji go is better than this.
I’m from West Virginia and just got out of nation wide Childrens hospital where I had surgery on my throat, and I spent an hour trying to find steamed vegetables before I found this place and the guy who took my order over the phone was super friendly : and the vegetables with yum yum sauce here were 10/10

Great place to eat downtown cbus. Near Nationwide Arena. Sometimes they think you are door dash, but other than that the foods great and it’s accurately priced. They give you enough for essentially two meals. Small area to eat.
The food was quite good overall, although the yum yum sauce seemed a little unusual, and I found the chicken to be a bit under-seasoned for my taste. However, it was still a good value for the price.
I tried the shrimp and steak hibachi, but unfortunately, the steak was quite dry. I really enjoyed the flavors, and the sauce was delicious, but the dryness of the steak was disappointing.
First and last time visiting food is very blend With the small amount of meat barley any cabbage more rice then anything food was just ok .

The food is really good, the young guy does a fast and efficient service and the portions are huge .
Chicken was overcooked and dry. Service was very slow. Dine in area was not heated.
