This will be the first time I have ever written a bad review for anything, no matter how bad service has been I’ve always been understanding, especially when I’m treated with kindness. Yes, it was that bad. I’ve never seen such immediate arrogance from someone. Of course now that I’m looking at some of the other reviews I’m not at all surprised. Every time I’ve ordered from here it’s been almost an hour wait each time. Only once has it come in 30 min. Most of the time they don’t even honor any of my requests like cutting into squares, etc. not a big deal though so I don’t generally mind. This time I’ve got 3 kids at home waiting to eat, one of which hasn’t been feeling well, my 20 month old....
So today was my last visit to Mr.Jims in Farmersville Tx. I’ve lived in my location for 6 years. At one point and time I had our orders delivered , then after 2 years they started charging for delivery, which I understand being 14 miles away. So we started picking it up because we could get our order faster and not pay the extra money for delivery. Now we order several pizzas a month and they have always put Garlic Butter Cups in the pizza box. I was told this evening they are fifty cents a piece. I told the manager I thought that was ridiculous and that I have never been charged before. I asked to speak with the owner ! He goes to get her and she walked in and the conversation began. I had never ordered from this restaurant before, but I was eager to give it a try. I ended up ordering three pizzas and spent $60. I requested extra white sauce on one of the pizzas, but it barely had any. When I called to address the issue, they offered me either a 15% discount on my next order or a chance to bring the pizza back. However, after waiting over 45 minutes for my order while dealing with a crying baby in the car, I didn’t feel like making another trip. The customer service was quite disappointing. From now on, I’ll be ordering from Valencia’s. Their food is fantastic, and their customer service is outstanding.
Exceptional Service! I hadn’t realized that we placed our order just 15 minutes before closing (order placed online). We had planned to cook, but unfortunately lost power due to the storm. My wife had left the front gate open, hoping they would come by. When we didn’t receive an email, I feared it might be too late for our order. My wife called them, and they assured us that it would be out shortly. About 30 minutes later, despite the pouring rain, I saw the SUV pulling into our gate. They are truly amazing!

The pizza wasn’t bad. First time ordering, when I called to place my order for 2 large pizzas they said it would be 25 mins. I live about 15 miles away so I decided to leave 20 mins after placing so I could just run in and grab it. When I got there a man and myself stood there for 45 mins waiting for our orders to be finished. My kids were so hungry and I wanted something fast not so much.
This is my first time writing a review for a restaurant. We placed an order at 7:30, and it was supposed to take only 40 minutes to arrive. After waiting 45 minutes, we called and were told that they were just about to leave with our order. Now, it's 8:50, and it still hasn't arrived. This is unbelievable.
Did not receive our order (delivery) due to the rain however we had to call for them to tell us they couldn’t deliver. Best thing that I was still charged and they even added themselves a tip! Was told that they would credit me back in the morning ..... still waiting Will not ever order again from them
When I got my pizza, it was always good. Last time, I never got it. 2 1/2 hours is too long to wait. Called at 2 hours and was told, It 's on it 's way! , at 2 1/2 hours, I called an cancelled. Have used Mr. Jims exclusively for several years, think I 'll try some of the other places.
