My girlfriend and I absolutely love Mr. Pickles and this place was unrecognizable to us. Despite my politeness, the person making our sandwich was incredibly rude and made the sandwich wrong as if to spite us. When we ordered a drink he slammed thecup lid-down on the counter and aggresively demanded payment. When we finally eat the sandwich, the turkey tasted bland andawful, nothing like any Mr. Pickles either of us had ever been to. I am really glad this isn't the first Mr. Pickles I've beento or I'd never try them again.
I truly adore this place! As a regular who works in the same mall, I've always been treated wonderfully here. They even give me a $1 discount on sandwiches since I'm a local. The sandwiches are made faster than Dutch Brothers can make a coffee! The staff is laid-back and friendly, which makes me feel valued as a customer. I'm not quite sure why some people have left negative reviews, but my experiences have been nothing short of fantastic! I have absolutely no complaints.
The sandwiches are incredible, and the customer service is outstanding. I ordered a sandwich online, and shortly after, I realized it contained an ingredient I couldn’t eat. I called the restaurant to check if the sandwich had already been made and if it was possible to modify my order. Although the sandwich was already prepared, Ben kindly allowed me to change my order. The customer service here deserves five stars. This is now my go-to spot for sandwiches!
Mr Pickle's Sandwich Shop offers some of the best-tasting Mr Pickle sandwiches in the area. Since they are not part of the franchise, their menu features unique sandwich options you won't find elsewhere. My only complaint is that the restaurant often seems understaffed; I've frequently seen only one employee managing a busy shop. The owner should consider working more hours to avoid the need for multiple staff members.

Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop is by far my favorite spot for sandwiches! Whenever my boyfriend and I are craving a sandwich, Mr. Pickle is our first choice. The bread has the perfect balance of crispiness and softness, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavor combinations are fantastic! So far, we've tried the Lifts, Mr. and Mr. Pickle, and Big Jake. We can’t wait to try more!

The best sandwich shop in Sacramento! I've been a loyal customer since 2011. Vance is consistently friendly and shows great pride in his work. I highly recommend the number 12 sandwich. I used to frequent Subway, but after discovering the amazing offerings at Mr. Pickles, there’s no going back—no matter how tempting Jarrod makes Subway look!
The Dutch crunch bread distinguishes them from other sandwich shops in the area. The sandwiches are consistently fresh and delicious, and the service is excellent. It’s a fantastic lunch spot, with straightforward decor and outstanding food.

This is my favorite Mr. Pickles location to visit. The owner is always friendly, and the place is consistently clean. They have never gotten my order wrong.
